Cut the top off an old pair of boots.
Find a skirt in a free pile and take the zipper from it!
Turn the lining of the boot inside out off the top of the boot and pin the zipper in place. Sew it on!
Zipper sewing success!
Turn the entire piece inside out and mark how deep you want the bag to be. Sew along that line and turn the bag right side in. You’re all done!

A project after my own heart! I wasn’t sure exactly how you did that zipper, but I think I can figure it out. Now to find an old pair of boots…or the rest of that pair of leather pants I just cut up.
